In searching through our recipes, we stumbled upon a lovely brown ale from Carolina Brewing Company and thought we'd clone it. It's a mild brown ale, about 3.8%, that is great for poker games, lunch breaks, and dimpled German Liter mugs.
Very shortly we will be into warmer weather and starting things off with another Strawberry Wheat beer that is fermented with two pounds of strawberries per gallon of ale.
Of course, our ever-popular Cream Ale will be in regular rotation again soon, so get those lawnmowers dusted off and get ready for the beers of summer!
